Dominique Wall

Dominique has worked in the legal field since May 2006 with a focus on Corporate Commercial since April 2013. Her focus as a law clerk is on the incorporation and maintenance of not-for-profit corporations

Dominique works on the annual maintenance of Ontario and federal corporations as well as preparing documents in support of incorporations, amendments, amalgamations and dissolutions.  

She also prepares and files business name registrations, limited partnership and extra-provincial registrations and conducts minute book reviews and due diligence searches.
