Grace is a law clerk in the Commercial Real Estate Group’s Toronto office. She assists lawyers with various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:
- acquisition
- disposition
- financing
- leasing
- land development
She also has experience in commercial mortgage-backed security assumption and defeasance transactions.
Grace’s work involves reviewing and analyzing title and off-title due diligence searches, preparing closing documents, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, attending to closing of real estate transactions and registration of title documents, and reporting to clients post-closing.
Born and raised in Shanghai, Grace is fluent in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
