Keshia has worked in the civil litigation field since 2009. As a member of the Health Law Group, she primarily assists with medical and hospital negligence claims and occupiers' liability claims.
Her duties include:
- litigation file management
- preparing court pleadings, including statements of defence, motions and affidavits of documents
- preparing document briefs
- reviewing and compiling answers to undertakings
Keshia has prior experience working in the areas of debt collection and bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
