Bradon has a general litigation practice. He focuses on:

He has acted as counsel at all levels of court in Alberta, the Supreme Court of Canada (leave to appeal), and has experience before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. He advises clients in proceedings before a variety of administrative tribunals, including the National Energy Board, the Alberta Energy Regulator and the Alberta Utilities Commission.
Prior to joining BLG, Bradon clerked for the Justices of the Alberta Court of Appeal.

Experience

  • ConocoPhillips Canada in the Canada Energy Regulator's (CER) review and approval of NOVA Gas Transmissions Ltd. (NGTL) application to construct and operate the North Corridor Expansion Project.
  • Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company ("BHE"), in its indirect share purchase acquisition of the Montana Alberta Tie-Line from Enbridge Inc. for an approximate purchase price of $200M.
