  • Advised on province-wide information technology initiatives involving more than 100 hospitals regarding critical care, emergency departments and surgical efficiency electronic information systems
  • Acted in leading health care class action decisions, including R.G. v. The Hospital for Sick Children and Broutzas v. Rouge Valley Health System where proposed class actions were dismissed against hospital clients
  • Advised on responding to adverse events and unexpected outcomes, including investigations and disclosure to patients, residents or family members
  • Provided project advice to health care facilities and project lenders regarding major capital projects, including for McGill University Health Centre, Hospital for Sick Children and Vancouver General Hospital
  • Represented psychiatric facilities before the Ontario Court of Appeal in Criminal Code review processes involving persons found not-criminally responsible including Ohenhen (Re) and Kalra (Re)
