Experience

We are advising GBC on all legal matters for this innovative project, including advising on architects and design contracts, construction contracts, planning, environmental and zoning matters, as well as all other related legal matters.
  • The developer of a branded hotel/residence project in Kelowna, British Columbia, which will include 174 hotel rooms and 40 residences, branded under a major U.S.-based franchisor.
  • Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP) and Blackwood in obtaining site plan and other approvals for large-scale employment uses in the Coleraine West Employment Area in Bolton (Caledon).
