A complete application must include:
- a cover letter
- a résumé
- copies of all law school and post-secondary transcripts (photocopies are acceptable)
We acknowledge all applications upon receipt. We receive and review applications and interview candidates in accordance with the rules established by the Vancouver Bar Association and the Law Society of British Columbia.
We conduct virtual on-campus interviews with second year candidates from all law schools in British Columbia and Ontario, as well as the University of Calgary, University of Alberta, University of Saskatchewan, University of Manitoba, McGill and Dalhousie. From there, we invite selected candidates for in-firm interviews at our Vancouver office. For all other law schools, we review applications and invite eligible candidates to our Vancouver office for an in-firm interview. Please contact your law school for more information regarding interview dates.
