Milica has a broad litigation practice with a focus on employment, labour and human rights law.
She advises clients on a variety of issues, including employment standards, terminations, policy development, pension and benefits, contracts, workplace investigations and education law. She also represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights applications, grievance arbitrations, restrictive covenants and breach of contract litigation.
She has appeared before various Ontario courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
