Lisa leads the Knowledge and Innovation and the Library Services national teams.
She is responsible for advancing innovation initiatives across BLG to drive exceptional client service. Her expertise includes:

- legal project management
- process improvement
- pricing and alternative fee arrangements
Lisa is an accomplished executive who previously held the role of National Director of Knowledge and Innovation at BLG. Prior to joining BLG, she acted as a Knowledge Management Lawyer and Counsel, Client Service Innovation at another firm.
