Doug has a wealth of experience in corporate commercial and administrative law. He regularly assists clients with:

  • employment law matters (including employment contracts and wrongful dismissal)
  • risk management strategies
  • governance (including shareholder and partnership agreements)
  • professional complaints and discipline defence
  • estate planning

Doug is also well known for serving the agricultural community. He provides assistance with farm financing, real estate matters, and the development and implementation of family farm succession plans.
