As Manager, Professional Recruiting, Danielle is responsible for attracting lateral associate talent to both the Ottawa and Toronto offices along with paraprofessionals in Ottawa. In addition, Danielle manages student recruitment and student programs in our Ottawa office, working closely with the members of the student committee.
Danielle collaborates with the Talent Acquisition National Team on strategic recruiting implementation and the digital brand. She loves working with students and assisting with their individual professional development.
Danielle brings experience from her previous role as a Recruiter and Chief Educational Administrator for Amity Corporation, one of Japan's largest collective of English conversation schools for children. She has also worked in the Office of Protocol at the Embassy of Japan and in the office of Government Relations and Compliance at a major broadcasting company.
