  • Major real estate investment trusts in connection with its acquisition, development and management of multiple commercial properties located across Canada
  • K+S Aktiengesellschaft in the sale of its Canadian salt business, including Windsor Salt, to Stone Canyon Industries Holdings LLC and affiliates.
  • Various lenders in various types of project and structured finance transactions, including multi-use, condo, shopping centres and other real estate assets.
