Cindy works exclusively in the area of estates and trusts and has over 25 years of experience. She assists BLG lawyers and clients in drafting a variety of applications, including probate, administration, resealing and ancillary, and is involved in all matters related to the administration of estates.
Cindy is involved in all aspects of estate and trust administration. Within her role, she is responsible for conducting wills notice, probate and title searches, filing documents with the court and the Land Title Office, and preparing notarially certified copies of documents.
Her expertise also extends to the handling of estate funds, including trust deposit of cheques and maintaining accurate trust account records as well as drafting Executors’/Administrators’/Trustees’ Accounts and forms of Release, Discharge and Indemnity.
