Tyler has experience representing borrowers and financial institutions on a range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, asset-based lending and acquisition finance. He advises sponsors, project companies and lenders on financing major power projects.
Tyler also has experience in distressed lending and insolvency and restructuring.
