Crystal provides support to the Insurance and Tort Liability team to ensure that clients receive exceptional service.
Crystal has extensive experience handling personal injury matters for both the plaintiff and defence, including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, medical malpractice claims, sexual assault claims, denial of insurance claims and property damage disputes.
On behalf of her clients, she regularly:
- Prepares Court pleadings, including Statements of Defence, Motions, and Affidavits of Documents;
- Prepares document briefs for expert witnesses;
- Drafts mediation briefs and pre-trial briefs; and
- Liaises with clients, counsel, and Courts.
