Nadine has over 10 years of experience in Canadian and U.S. immigration law, working with diverse clients and navigating various complex immigration applications.
As part of BLG’s Business Immigration Group, she engages in:
- Preparing temporary residence, permanent residence and citizenship applications for submission to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Canadian visa offices abroad
- Preparing and filing Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) Applications with Service Canada
- Assessing eligibility for permanent residence through Express Entry System for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and the Canadian Experience Class
- Preparing permanent residence applications through the AINP and BC PNP
Prior to joining BLG, Nadine worked in the legal departments of private and public companies in various industries, including:
- digital marketing
- oil and gas services
- telecommunications
During that time her main areas of focus and expertise included immigration, global mobility and corporate governance.
