Krstina Skocic is a partner in the Securities and Capital Markets Group. Krstina represents a variety of public and private companies as well as investment dealers in connection with various securities, corporate and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions in a broad range of industries, including mining, cannabis, investment and technology.
Through Krstina’s corporate finance practice, she assists clients in connection with private placements, public offerings and secondary offerings. Krstina also has extensive experience advising on all types of domestic and cross-border transactions, including M&A transactions, plans of arrangement, reverse takeovers, corporate reorganizations and go-public transactions.
In addition to being a transaction specialist, Krstina advises clients in connection with regular corporate governance, public disclosure and securities compliance matters. She routinely advises institutional investors on insider reporting, early warning and takeover bid requirements.
