Erin assists the Intellectual Property Group in all aspects of patent prosecution, including filing Canadian, U.S., and PCT patent applications, filing industrial design applications, communicating with foreign associates and clients, preparing and filing formal documents with Patent Offices, recording transfers and changes in ownership across patent portfolios, and monitoring client patent portfolios to ensure all deadlines are met up to the grant of a patent.
