Jessica is an experienced paralegal who has worked at various law practices for more than 17 years. She focuses on residential and commercial real estate, financial services, audits and due diligence.
Jessica completes various types of financings, including aircraft, real estate, syndicated, commercial and corporate for both lenders and borrowers. She is experienced in preparing all documentation required for financings and attending to registrations at the Alberta Land Titles Office and Personal Property Registry. She also obtains various due diligence searches required for financings in most Canadian provinces.
Jessica is involved in BLG’s mentorship programs to continuously grow and develop. She has a keen interest in enhancing her current skills and learning new trends in the legal field.
