Pitman Patterson is a partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. His practice is focused mainly on administrative law, with an emphasis on planning and development law, expropriation law, and general municipal law. Pitman appears frequently at the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) in planning and expropriation cases. He also has experience in environmental and real estate civil litigation. Pitman is the National Practice Group Leader of the Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory Practice Group.
