Eliot maintains a diverse corporate commercial practice with a focus on transactional work for private companies, privacy and cybersecurity matters, infrastructure projects, and project finance.
Eliot advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial agreements, and privacy and data protection law compliance. He also has experience with project-related work, including project finance and public-private partnerships.
Prior to joining BLG, Eliot was an innovation consultant at one of Spain’s leading startup incubators based in Barcelona.
