On January 25, 2023 a syndicate of lenders, led by Bank of Montreal, as administrative agent, completed the financing of the first phase of the development of the Royalmount project. A vast, unique and revitalizing project, Royalmount is located Midtown at the intersection of Montréal's key transportation corridors and nestled in the heart of one of the city's most dynamic enclaves. Royalmount promises to transform the City's retail, dining and entertainment experience for generations to come.
