Part 1: Unconscious Bias

Let’s face it. We all have biases. How aware are you and what can you do to overcome them?

Join Toni DeMello, Director of Human Rights, Ryerson University and a lawyer by background, as she guides participants through a series of interactive exercises designed to reveal the role biases play in how employees are hired, retained, and promoted as well as their impact on company culture.

Part 2: The Ethics Dilemma

Gain insights into the decision-making frameworks utilized by leading in-house counsel to deal with a variety of ethicalconcerns —from sexual harassment to whistle-blowing.
