Suhuyini’s practice focuses on transactional and regulatory matters in financial services, with particular expertise in Canadian consumer protection laws and the regulation of financial services in Canada. In 2021, Suhuyini became a certified anti-money laundering specialist (CAMS) — a global qualification recognized as the gold standard in anti-money laundering certifications by institutions, governments and regulators worldwide.
Suhuyini is a prolific author and speaker on various topics related to consumer finance and the regulation of financial services in Canada, including the Annotated Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
