  • Acted for Bell Canada in its acquisition of cloud managed and professional service provider FXInnovation.
  • Acted for Bell Media in its acquisition of a minority stake in TV, film and animation indie production company Sphere Media.
  • Acted for Cycle Capital, Desjardins Capital and Brightspark Ventures in a US$10M Series A financing round in Prevu3D (3D digital twin technology).
  • Acted for Alcumus Group Limited in connection with its acquisition of Cognibox.
  • Acted for Wilkar Property Management Inc. in connection with an investment from Canderel.
  • Acted for Genus plc, a publicly-listed animal genetics company based in the U.K., in connection with its acquisition of Québec-based Génétiporc, a transaction involving the purchase of the vendor's Canadian porcine genetics business in addition to shares of several U.S. and Mexican subsidiaries.
  • Acted for BlueMed Medical Supplies in its sale to Aspen Surgical Products, Inc., backed by Audax Private Equity
  • Acted for Illumiti in the sale of its SAP systems integration and management consultancy business to Syntax.
  • Advised several purchasers and vendors in the acquisition and sale of veterinary clinics across Canada.
  • BLG acted as Canadian counsel for PE-backed Atlanta-based buyer, East West Manufacturing, LLC in its acquisition of all the assets of Groupe Varitron, Inc., a top 5 electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider in Canada.
