Labiba maintains a broad practice with a focus on labour, employment, education, privacy, cybersecurity, and human rights law.

Labiba represents public and private sector clients in various forums including the courts, grievance arbitrations, labour relations boards, information and privacy commissioners, and human rights tribunals.

Labiba also advises clients on a range of issues including:

Prior to joining BLG, Labiba was an associate at a boutique management-side labour and employment law firm. During law school, Labiba was a volunteer caseworker for two legal aid clinics and was active in the mooting program as a mooter, a coach, and an organizer.
