Kim is an experienced litigator with a practice focused on the health care sector. Kim regularly acts as counsel for hospitals and their employees in complex medical malpractice claims. She also provides health care institutions with general advisory services in areas including risk management, adverse events, multi-patient lookbacks, disclosure and quality of care reviews.

Kim represents hospitals in Coroner's Inquests. She provides advisory services and representation to clients in the reproductive health sector. Kim represents regulated health care professionals in proceedings before health colleges. She advises clients in the long-term care home sector on issues involving substitute decision makers and mental health law.

  • Counsel to institutions investigating allegations of sexual assault.
  • Counsel to clients in insurance litigation including risk and bodily injury claims, property damage claims, professional liability claims and subrogated claims.
