Jeanne Fortin is a lawyer-revisor in the firm’s legal translation department. She mainly specializes in the revision of documents in the legal, securities and financial fields such as contracts, policies, prospectuses, circulars and other continuous disclosure documents. Jeanne also reviews documents related to the regulation of the securities industry, including for self-regulatory organizations.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, she worked as a lawyer with a major Montréal law firm for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience in business law, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, financing, venture capital and real property law. Over the years, she has also acquired significant experience in the translation and revision of contracts and documents related to securities law.
