Briggs also advises Indigenous clients on self-governance, constitutional law, regulatory compliance and disputes, elections law, and business development.
Briggs has assisted with proceedings before the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Federal Court of Canada and various regulatory bodies.
