Shanna practices in BLG’s Corporate and Capital Markets group, with a focus on corporate and securities law.
She advises clients on a wide variety of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance.
Shanna summered and articled with BLG. As an articling student, she was seconded to the wealth management department of a major Canadian bank.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Shanna worked at a Toronto hospital where she coordinated large scale clinical research trials.
