David is an articling student for the 2021-22 term. He is focused on Intellectual Property law.

At Western Law David volunteered with Community Legal Services as an associate caseworker, assisted with the administration of the Indigenous Youth Outreach Program at local schools and participated in leadership initiatives, including acting as an Orientation Leader and a 3L Buddy. Prior to joining BLG, David worked for a leading biotech startup company and competed in varsity skiing and track and field during undergrad and law school.

David chose to work with BLG because of the people, saying everyone at the firm wants you as a student to succeed and grow, and the social and collegial environment makes this easy.

In David’s spare time you can find him rock climbing, cycling in Gatineau Park and getting lost mid-portage on canoe trips.
