Bhargavi is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2023/24 term. She is focusing on disputes law.

As a law student Bhargavi worked at the Canadian Robotics and AI Ethical Design Lab at the University of Ottawa (uOttawa). She worked with an interdisciplinary team at the lab conducting research to inform policy recommendations for emerging robotics and AI systems. Bhargavi also participated on uOttawa’s team at the international John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition on WTO law. At uOttawa, Bhargavi was a member of the Appeals Committee for uOttawa’s Common Law Student Society, which hears election appeals and interprets policy. Prior to law school, Bhargavi worked in government at the municipal, provincial, and federal level.

Bhargavi chose BLG because of its legal excellence in a wide range of practice areas and the firm’s commitment to building well-rounded legal professionals.

In her spare time Bhargavi enjoys listening to podcasts, biking, spending time with friends, and experimenting with pour over coffees.
