As a Summer Law Student, Lukas is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
During law school, Lukas participated in the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. As part of this program, he provided summary legal advice, made submissions to the Employment Standards Branch, and appeared before the Provincial Court of British Columbia. Lukas was an oralist in the 2023 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in both the Canadian and International rounds.
Lukas chose to work at BLG because of the friendly people he met during the recruitment process. He was also drawn to the firm’s preeminent disputes practice and professional development opportunities.
In his spare time, Lukas enjoys running, listening to podcasts, traveling, drinking craft beer, and hanging out with his pug Rocco.
