Maria has worked in the IP field since 1981, with a focus on Canadian patent and Industrial Design filings and prosecution.
She assists BLG's patent agents and clients with preparing applications and supporting documents for filing specifically with the Canadian Patent Office.
She has experience in U.S. and foreign patent and Industrial Design prosecution, and has worked with BLG’s foreign agents and law firms.
