Nous sommes désolés. Le contenu de cette page n'est présentement disponible qu'en anglais.

As a Summer Law Student, Colleen is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.

Prior to attending law school, Colleen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Honors Geology from the University of Manitoba. During Colleen’s first year of law school, she worked for the First Nation’s Health and Social Secretariat, where she wrote a paper presenting the stories of First Nation’s people living with disabilities. The paper was commissioned by the Public Interest Law Centre and will be used as expert evidence in the Canadian Human Rights complaint filed by Kevin Taylor.

Colleen chose to work at BLG because they have an incredible team that matched her energy to learn and grow her legal career. The team was welcoming and inspiring. She cannot wait to get started this summer.

In Colleen’s spare time, you can find her horseback riding, listening to audiobooks and ferociously pedaling away on her peloton.
