Jingcai is an articling student at BLG’s Toronto office for the 2023-2024 term. He focuses on business law.
As a law student, Jingcai completed a placement at the Human Rights Legal Support Centre of Ontario. He also received the Ronald Robertson Q.C. Memorial Tax Prize for his research paper in tax policy.
Prior to joining BLG, Jingcai was a researcher in Chinese Political Philosophy.
