Mark Kolapak has extensive experience in advising both financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border, bilateral, syndicated, acquisition financing and project financing lending transactions.
Mark also has experience assisting clients with a wide range of financing and banking matters including corporate, real estate and energy sectors.
Prior to joining BLG, Mark practiced in the banking and finance group at an international law firm.
