Erin's practice focuses on construction, surety, and procurement law, with expertise in international and domestic commercial arbitration. She represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and surety bonding companies in disputes arising from large-scale construction and engineering projects.

Erin also advises a number of institutions, including hospitals and municipalities, on:
