He provides strategic advice to clients about Canadian technology, cybersecurity, privacy and data protection laws related to a variety of matters, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions;
- Debt and equity financings;
- Commercial agreement;
- Data management; and
- Data breaches.
Prior to joining BLG, Jake was a technology and corporate transactions associate at a full-service national law firm.
