Kim assists and represents regulated health professionals in proceedings before their regulatory colleges and the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board. She also advises clients in the long-term care home sector on issues involving substitute decision makers and mental health law.
Additionally, Kim advises insurers regarding personal injury, general liability and professional negligence claims.
