Yvette assists with:
- Searching titles including reviewing documents and surveys and preparing detailed title summaries and encumbrance lists
- Identifying and assisting with the correction of title deficiencies
- Preparing and registering various electronic documents
- Preparing First Applications into Land Titles
Yvette has almost 40 years of title searching experience in both residential and commercial property acquisitions, disposition, financing, leasing, and development including extensive experience in both traditional and electronic title searching and registration.
