Olivier’s practice is focused on corporate finance, secured transactions, restructuring and the regulation of financial institutions. Olivier represents financial institutions, including banks, and borrowers in connection with:

In 2003-2004, Olivier served as law clerk to the Honourable Madam Justice Marie Deschamps of the Supreme Court of Canada.
