Jordan's practice focuses on energy and utilities regulation. He advises project proponents, owners and operators of energy and utilities infrastructure in respect of regulatory matters and compliance, and represents clients before provincial and federal regulators and courts. His experience includes utility rate cases and performance-based rate regulation, energy infrastructure permitting and facilities applications, regulatory due diligence in the transactional context, and consumer protection investigations.
Jordan also has experience advising clients on environmental protection, consumer protection and occupational health and safety matters. He helps clients protect their interests in the course of investigations or prosecutions.
