Justice advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and development. Justice also assists clients with navigating the requirements of the Land Owner Transparency Act. Additionally, Justice advises landlords and tenants with respect to commercial leases and subleases.
Justice’s expertise extends to Indigenous law, and she advises businesses and First Nations organizations on a range of commercial and governance matters, infrastructure projects, leasing and land development.
Justice is a member of the Mikisew Cree First Nation, and is a member of the Indigenous Law focus group at BLG.
