As a Summer Law Student, Travis is assisting lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
During Travis’ first year of law school, he served as a class representative on the faculty’s Mental Health Group, where he advocated for students struggling with addictions, anxiety, and imposter syndrome. He is also an active member of their Environmental and Business Law Groups and Robson Hall’s chapter of the Runnymede Society. Before law school, Travis worked for a decade in customer service and received a Bachelor of Arts in English.
Travis chose BLG because he wants to build a lasting career with a firm that fosters excellence in the legal community and the community at large. An avid golfer, Travis fills his spare time refining his swing and trying his hand at Calgary’s roster of courses. Passionate about physical fitness, he can often be found in the gym or lacing up his skates at the local hockey arena. Outside of sports, Travis loves to immerse himself in the world of cinema and is always searching for new and challenging experiences to help him laugh, grow, and live life to the fullest.
