Chanchan formerly summered with BLG Calgary and assisted lawyers on a wide variety of tasks within our Business and Disputes groups.
As a law student, Chanchan volunteered with Civil Chambers Program at Access Pro Bono BC. Prior to law school, Chanchan was a chemical engineer and an entrepreneur. She volunteered with Prairie Bioeconomy Guild for six years and was active in the start-up community. She is passionate about innovative ideas and cutting-edge technologies.
BLG stood out to Chanchan for its entrepreneurial culture, commitment to giving back to the community, and the great opportunities for mentorship and continue professional development. Throughout the recruitment process, she was intrigued by the candid and wise advice given by the lawyers and looking forward to exciting new opportunities to contribute, learn, and grow.
In Chanchan’s spare time, she enjoys exploring new places in the Rocky Mountains or on the West Coast, hiking and camping with family and friends. She also enjoys discovering new dishes and finding inspired from creative chefs.
