Ottawa

Sandi is a student in BLG’s Ottawa office for the 2023 summer term. She is focusing on Disputes and Corporate law.

During her time in law school, Sandi worked at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic as a caseworker and a supervisor. Sandi was also a Research Assistant during her legal studies, researching transnational commercial litigation.

Prior to joining BLG, Sandi was a legal intern and a Law Clerk at boutique law firms.

Sandi was a volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada, Queen’s Chapter, where she co-authored a legal memorandum on Corporate Accountability. She was also a volunteer editor for the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration.

In addition to her law school community involvement, Sandi was active in the NGO OneShared.World focusing on legal research of matters affecting vulnerable populations. Sandi is also an intern for the NGO Finpublica where she is researching international ESG regulation.
