Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is pleased to announce that Lynn M. McGrade has been selected as a recipient of the 2017 Osgoode Hall Law School Alumni Gold Key Award in the Service category.
The Gold Key Awards honour outstanding Osgoode Hall Law School alumni for their exceptional professional achievements and significant contributions to the Law School and the community.
Ms. McGrade is a partner in BLG's Toronto office, member of the Investment Management Group, chair of the Firm's Women's Leadership Development Committee, and Leader of BLG's United Kingdom desk. She practises corporate law, specializing in issues relating to the investment management industry, and she is a recognized authority on securities registrant regulation, compliance and fund governance. She is also the recipient of the Women's Executive Network (WXN) 2013 Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award.
The Gold Key Awards were presented at the Dean's Annual Alumni Reception on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.
