Toronto (March 6, 2018)— Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is pleased to announce that Lisa Chamandy has been appointed as the Firm’s first Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer. In this newly created role, Ms. Chamandy is responsible for advancing all aspects of Knowledge and Innovation across BLG nationally, transforming firm processes to drive exceptional client service.

Ms. Chamandy is an accomplished executive who previously held the role of National Director of Knowledge and Innovation at BLG. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, she acted as Counsel, Client Service Innovation at another law firm. Her expertise includes knowledge management and innovation, legal project management, process improvement, and pricing and alternative fee arrangements.
In the coming months, BLG will be announcing a number of new initiatives focusing on expanding value of the firm’s innovation strategy for clients.
