Toronto (September 23, 2022) - Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) is pleased to announce that Brad Dixon, partner and co-chair of the firm's Class Actions Group, has been welcomed into the fellowship of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA).
The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only, peer-selected honorary society of 3,500 of the best trial lawyers in the legal industry. The LCA recognizes deserving, experienced and highly qualified lawyers, and provides additional sources for professional development, community involvement and the promotion of ethical standards in the practice of law.
Fellows are selected and invited into the fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.
Brad joins other distinguished BLG lawyers in the LCA fellowship.
Brad is recognized nationally and in British Columbia as a leading counsel in class action defence and complex commercial litigation matters. As co-chair the firm's Class Actions Group, he regularly provides strategic direction and co-ordination of the group across Canada. He has successfully defended numerous class actions against leading Canadian corporations and financial institutions, as well as multi-national corporations, achieving precedent-setting results.
